About

This training workshop aims to enhance staff members’ awareness and understanding of discrimination and harassment issues that may arise in workplace and campus environments.  Through real-life case examples, key legal concepts, and interactive discussions, participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and respond to such situations effectively.

 

Objectives

  1. Enhance participants’ understanding of unlawful acts under anti-discrimination laws in Hong Kong, and promote a culture of equal opportunities, respect and diversity in the workplace and on campus.
  2. Raise awareness of workplace discrimination and harassment, including the potential liabilities faced by individuals and the University.
  3. Equip participants with preventive strategies and practical tips for handling related incidents and concerns.
