About
This training workshop aims to enhance staff members’ awareness and understanding of discrimination and harassment issues that may arise in workplace and campus environments. Through real-life case examples, key legal concepts, and interactive discussions, participants will gain practical knowledge and skills to identify, prevent, and respond to such situations effectively.
Objectives
- Enhance participants’ understanding of unlawful acts under anti-discrimination laws in Hong Kong, and promote a culture of equal opportunities, respect and diversity in the workplace and on campus.
- Raise awareness of workplace discrimination and harassment, including the potential liabilities faced by individuals and the University.
- Equip participants with preventive strategies and practical tips for handling related incidents and concerns.
