About

This workshop is designed for colleagues with management responsibilities (e.g. Department Heads, Directors, Senior Managers, Project Managers, Executive Officers) and Equal Opportunities Coordinators. It aims to provide fresh insights and practical strategies for preventing and addressing discrimination and harassment issues on campus. Participants will explore relevant policies, legal considerations, and case studies to enhance their understanding and capacity to respond effectively.

 

Objectives

  1. Enhance participants’ understanding of EdUHK’s policies and initiatives related to equal opportunities, discrimination, and harassment.
  2. Explore the legal framework and implications of discrimination and harassment in the workplace and educational settings.
  3. Equip colleagues with practical tips for early identification, prevention, and effective handling of related conflicts or complaints.
